Summer Crowds Are Here—Let’s Keep Things Running Smoothly
As summer weekends become busy at our Seabrook marina, it’s essential to follow basic etiquette, ensuring our community remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Floating power cords aren’t just unsightly— they can pose electrical risks. Ensure yours are short, secured, and completely dry.

Finger and head piers must remain clear of gear and personal belongings. Please keep walkways free for everyone’s safety.
Gas cans are prohibited on boats or docks. Tarps aren’t permitted either—marine-grade canvas only. These rules enhance safety and appearance.
Use the dumpsters and always close the lids. A tidy dock keeps pests away and sets the right impression.
Pool: Guests must be accompanied. No pets allowed.
Restrooms: Leave them clean. Never flush wet wipes—it has caused a two-week shutdown of the bathhouse in the past.
Covered parking is for tenants only. Guests and extra vehicles should use uncovered spots to ensure fairness.

Boating is fun, but sound carries over water. Be considerate of music and conversations, especially during early or late hours.
See a problem? Don’t assume someone else reported it. Call 281-474-2586 (or after hours, 281-615-6057) so we can fix it quickly.
Final Thoughts
Being a great boater means being a courteous marina neighbor. By following these simple rules, you help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment at Seabrook Marina. Here’s to an unforgettable summer on the water!
