Seabrook Marina provides year-round docking facilities for boaters seeking a permanent slip, as well as seasonal or overnight accommodations.

Our state of the art covered floating docks will accommodate up to 50ft to 60ft Power Boats with a 28ft constant vertical clearance with two 4ft finger piers on each side of your boat. Our marina still continues to be the 1st in the Clearlake Galveston Bay area to have large covered floating slips.

Our premium floating docks for sailing vessels, extra-wide floating docks for catamarans, with covered walkways have 4' wide finger piers on one side of the slip and can accommodate any size up to 80ft.

Restrooms, showers, and with 4 laundry facilites in different areas.
Covered parking concurrent to your dock.
Dock Boxes or Lockers for each slip.
Free weekly garbage service available.
Free self-service sewer and bilge pump-out. Paid pump out is available with different companies.
Fuel dock, boat yard, and engine repair services onsite with different contractors.

Transient Slip Rental

AVAILABLE

Vessels from 20ft to 80ft

RATES

Transient wet slip storage 2.00/ per ft. per night (length of the boat).

300k in liability insurance is a requirement for all vessels

We only reserve short-term (less than a month) transient dockage two days before arrival.

Captains can contact us by phone at 281-474-2586, and when they enter the marina, please go to the fuel dock and tie up. A marina staff member will meet transients at the fuel dock and bring them to the office to sign the slip rental application, provide insurance stating 300k, and a form of payment.

The slip agent will assign the boater a slip at that time, and a marina staff member will show the transient to their slip by golf cart. You will be glad you docked your boat here.
