Information Craft Maintenance While Docked

We recognize the need for and encourage ongoing Craft maintenance to maintain an attractive and enjoyable environment and to ensure the safety and security of all our tenants. To this end, the following rules must be enforced.

1.NO MAJOR ALTERATIONS to Crafts are to be undertaken at your slip without written authorization from either the Harbormaster or the General Manager. Outside contractors are defined as anyone working on your Craft (other than yourself) who has not associated with Seabrook Marina. The Harbormaster has the authority to determine what amount of work constitutes major alterations.

2. All contractors must be properly insured and approved to work in the Marina. The Craft owner understands that he or she is liable and solely responsible for all the actions of the contractor and his employees. Craft owners should remind all contractors or anyone who might be boarding his Craft without the owner himself/herself being present, that they must check-in at the main office and pick up security passes before entering the pier area. No work can be performed on Craft prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays or weekends.

3. The Craft owner agrees that while Marina has no capacity or liability in this contractual agreement, all activities of Craft owner and contractor are subject to all Seabrook Marina rules and regulations.

4. Craft owner also understands that the Craft owner and the contractor shall share all liability for any damages to private or Marina property.

5. Craft owner understands that Marina management has the right to order a stop to any work or activity that Marina management determines is hazardous to persons or property or poses a nuisance to other tenants.

IMMEDIATELY REPORT ANY UNUSUAL, DANGEROUS, OR OFFENSIVE INCIDENTS OR CONDUCT CONTRARY TO THESE RULES, WITH DESCRIPTIONS (PEOPLE, BOATS, AUTO LICENSES, ETC.) TO HARBORMASTER OR HABOR PATROL. REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IMMEDIATELY TO THE SEABROOK POLICE. 

We would also like to be notified as soon as the police have been called as practical.
